This page exists due to an unresolved business dispute involving unpaid invoices, disputed intellectual property rights, unlicensed commercial use of creative assets, and terminated marketing services previously provided by K10 Media.

K10 Media was contracted to provide branding, marketing, web development, social media management, content production and promotional services for Team Witt Customs. During that relationship, substantial additional services were rendered outside the original scope of the agreement under the repeated representation and promise that K10 Media's vehicle would be sponsored and built as the official Team Witt Off Road demo vehicle.

Those additional services included, but were

not limited to:

• Branding and identity development for Team Witt Off Road

• Logo design and marketing assets

• Team Witt Off Road social media, development, management and marketing

• E-commerce website creation and setup

• Merchandise and promotional swag design

• Vendor outreach and partnership development

• Content creation and promotional campaigns for the off-road division

These additional services were completed and delivered in good faith. However, the promised sponsorship and demo vehicle build were never provided.

Shortly thereafter, services were abruptly terminated and the final outstanding invoice for completed work remains unpaid more than 300 days after it became due, despite repeated documented attempts to resolve the matter privately, professionally, and in good faith.

As a result of this ongoing non-payment dispute, K10 Media disputes any continued authorization to use, reproduce, distribute, display, advertise, sell, or otherwise commercially benefit from branding assets, logos, merchandise designs, promotional graphics, marketing materials, website assets, or other creative works created by K10 Media that have neither been paid for nor formally licensed in writing.

This includes, in K10 Media's position, the continued commercial use of Team Witt Off Road branding and related creative assets through merchandise, advertising, signage, billboards, websites, social media, event graphics, promotional materials, and other public-facing marketing efforts that continue to generate commercial value while the underlying payment and licensing dispute remains unresolved.

K10 Media's position is that these materials were created under independent contractor terms and were not transferred as work-for-hire intellectual property. Despite multiple written notices, payment demands, and opportunities to obtain proper licensing, no written transfer of ownership, assignment of rights, or licensing agreement has been executed for the disputed creative assets.

This notice is not intended as harassment or defamation. It is a factual statement regarding an ongoing business dispute involving completed contracted work, unpaid balances, disputed intellectual property rights, unresolved licensing issues, and the continued commercial use of creative assets created by K10 Media.

Businesses, vendors, contractors, sponsors, and customers are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before entering into agreements, partnerships, sponsorships, or commercial relationships with any business. Before authorizing significant work, consumers should carefully review all contracts, estimates, and invoices and, when appropriate, seek independent legal advice regarding the terms of the agreement. Customers should request detailed, itemized invoices, retain copies of all receipts, and maintain records of all payments, parts purchases, labor charges, and project communications.

Consumers are also encouraged to research the products, compare pricing from multiple sources, review manufacturer-recommended installation times, and ask questions regarding labor charges, shop supplies, shipping fees, or any other costs that appear unusual or inconsistent with the scope of work being performed. Protecting yourself as a consumer starts with documentation, transparency, and asking questions before, during, and after a project. Careful recordkeeping and independent verification of pricing,  labor, and services can help avoid misunderstandings and ensure informed purchasing decisions.

K10 Media reserves all rights relating to unpaid invoices, disputed intellectual property, licensing enforcement, unjust enrichment, recovery of damages, and any other remedies available under applicable law.
