Important Notes — Pit Pass Program The Pit Pass Program is a prepaid production system built for priority creative access and streamlined execution. All Pit Pass funds are use-it-as-you-go within the active term period. Any unused balance at the end of the term is forfeited and does not roll over or qualify for refund. Once your Pit Pass balance is fully utilized—regardless of remaining time in the term—you will be notified. At that point, you may either reload your Pit Pass or continue with services under the Bolt-On Services (à la carte) structure. This program is strictly for content production services only, including photo, video, design, and related creative deliverables. It does not include: - Social media management - Direct posting or account handling - Website maintenance or updates - Google Business Profile management - Community management (DMs, comments, engagement) Those services are reserved exclusively for active retainer clients due to ongoing contractual workload and priority scheduling requirements. Retainer clients maintain first-priority scheduling access as part of their ongoing service agreement. All Pit Pass work is priority scheduled based on availability and production capacity, with 1st priority given to active retainer agreements. Pit Pass holders are given priority right behind retainer clients.
