  • Do I need to sign a contract with K10 Media?

    • Yes, all clients are required to sign a contract that clearly outlines the expectations for both K10 Media and the client.

  • What is K10 Media's image licensing and copyright policy?

    • Clients must read and understand our image licensing and copyright policy, which is detailed in the contract. This policy governs the usage and distribution of the images captured by K10 Media.

  • How does payment work for K10 Media services?

    • K10 Media does not book any session without a payment agreement. The payment must be arranged, invoiced, contract signed, and the deposit paid in order to secure your booking. Exceptions may be made for certain charity and veteran events.

  • Will K10 Media release RAW images?

    • No, K10 Media will not release RAW images under any circumstances. This is a non-negotiable policy.

  • What is the pricing for Rodeo Coverage?

    • Rodeo Coverage starts at $500 per day. This is a base price and may increase to cover travel expenses and specific client needs. Failure to pay in full by the day of the event will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, and K10 Media is not obligated to fulfill the contract at that point.

  • Who owns the copyright for the photos taken by K10 Media?

    • All photos created by K10 Media are copyrighted, and the sole ownership belongs to K10 Media, even if photos are purchased for commercial use. Only K10 Media can be financially compensated for photos unless a commercial license is purchased.

  • What is K10 Media's responsibility for injuries or equipment damage during work?

    • K10 Media assumes all responsibility for any injuries or equipment damage that may occur during the course of our work, unless it was a direct result of the client's carelessness.

  •  What are the consequences of using images without proper licensing in marketing campaigns?

    Unauthorized use of images without commercial licensing can lead to legal consequences. Utilizing a photographer's image for financial gain, such as selling T-shirts or featuring them on marketing materials, without proper licensing may result in legal action. K10 Media offers commercial licensing for its imagery and graphic design, providing a comprehensive solution that not only ensures legal compliance but also streamlines your creative needs by working directly with one source.
